How Should Be 21st Century Learning and Teaching ?

‘The only constant in life is change.’ says Heraclitus. 

It means a lot about how should be learning. It has to adapt to changes in every field on life. For example, teachers shouldn’t be the same as in 70’s. They should temporize the students’ necessities. They have to compensate their expectations from them by easing the way they walk. They have to understand them and behave according to students’ mutation. If a student wants to do sport, teacher or learning accessibilities have to be adjusted for the student. Technological and pedagogical sources have to be used for students’ demands. Time to time, teachers and learning system have to listen to student’s and the world. They have to make their system equivalent to the rest of the world to catch them up and develop and make children able to communicate effectively. This is the key. We have to teach how to communicate, solve problems or use media and sources in a right way. As we are 21st century teachers, our students have to know what it means to be able to use technology as a tool for learning and how to be developed person by themselves.
